eVisa Iraq is an online application assistance service that helps travellers prepare and submit Iraq visa applications, with document review, payment handling, and sponsorship coordination where required.
Our team’s experience with visa and immigration processes in Iraq dates back to 2011, supporting international companies with staff visa applications and the related paperwork. Through this work, we built our reputation for practical visa and immigration assistance.
As Iraq expanded online visa applications in early 2025, travellers began turning to us for help with document requirements, application difficulties, and unsuccessful payments. We built on our experience to provide online application assistance through eVisa Iraq, including sponsorship coordination and local processing arrangements for applicants who need them.
Why We Exist
Making an application available online does not remove every difficulty an applicant may face.
Some travellers are unsure how to prepare an acceptable passport copy or upload the required documents. Others need help understanding a system message or dealing with a previous application. Some reach the payment stage but cannot complete the transaction with their international card.
Other travellers need a sponsoring company and additional processing in Iraq, without knowing whom to contact or how to organise those arrangements.
We developed our service to bring the necessary guidance, preparation, and local handling together in one place, helping applicants complete the process with clear instructions and personal support.
The People We Help
Our applicants include people organising their own journeys, family members applying for relatives, and busy travellers who want an experienced team to review their information and handle the submission steps.
Some are comfortable using online services but encounter an unfamiliar requirement or a payment problem. Others prefer assistance throughout the application.
We also hear from people who have already tried to apply and become stuck, uncertain about what went wrong or what they should do next.
Whatever brings you to us, we explain the steps relevant to your application and the assistance we can provide.
How We Help
A small detail can create a significant obstacle when someone does not know how to correct it.
A passport copy may have glare covering the passport number. A photograph may need replacing. Information may be missing or inconsistent. An earlier application may need attention before another request can proceed.
Our work includes:
- Reviewing passport copies, personal photographs, and application information.
- Explaining what needs correcting and how to provide it.
- Preparing and submitting applications through the relevant process.
- Coordinating sponsorship and local processing where required for the nationalities we support.
- Helping applicants understand processing expectations and how visa validity relates to their travel plans.
- Following up on applications and communicating when additional information is needed.
By identifying problems and explaining the next steps, we aim to reduce avoidable mistakes, repeated attempts, and the unnecessary time or expense they can cause.
Making More Applications Accessible Online
The route to an Iraq visa depends on your nationality and circumstances.
Eligible passport holders from countries such as Australia, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States can use the direct online application route without a sponsor. We assist travellers using this route with document review, application preparation, payment handling, and follow-up. Typical processing through our Group A service is 6–72 hours.
For other nationalities we support, including Georgia, Jordan, Turkey, Morocco, and South Africa, the application involves a sponsoring company and additional processing in Iraq. Our service brings these arrangements together so applicants can complete their part online. Typical processing through our Group B service is 8–18 business days.
Both timelines are subject to complete documents, the applicable requirements, and processing conditions.
Helping With Payment Difficulties
Payment difficulties were one of the recurring reasons people contacted us. Some applicants had completed their information but could not move forward because their international card payment would not go through.
Through our service, applicants pay through our website, and we arrange payment of the applicable official fees locally in Iraq as part of handling their application.
This provides another option for applicants who have experienced difficulty paying directly. Payments through our service remain subject to acceptance by the applicant’s bank and our payment provider.
What Our Service Fee Covers
Our total price includes the applicable official visa fee and a separate fee for our assistance.
The service fee covers the manual work involved in reviewing documents, checking information, preparing and submitting requests, handling the applicable payment, communicating with applicants, and following up during processing. For sponsor-supported applications, it also covers the sponsorship coordination and additional handling described for that service.
We publish the fee breakdown so you can understand what you are paying for before deciding to use our service.

Applicants eligible for the direct, sponsor-free route can choose to apply through the government channel themselves. Our service offers additional assistance for those applicants, as well as coordinated sponsorship and processing support for other eligible nationalities we serve.
The Responsibility We Take
We focus on applications and circumstances our service is equipped to support, and we take responsibility for the work we undertake.
Our policy provides a full refund if a processing failure on our side prevents us from processing or delivering the visa approval. It also provides a full refund when the visa is not received within the applicable processing period, subject to the policy’s conditions and exclusions, including delays outside our control.
Cancellation is not accepted after submission because processing work begins immediately. Refunds remain available where the policy’s refund conditions apply.
Who Operates the Service
eVisa Iraq is owned and operated by Global Wind LLC. We are an independent application assistance service, unaffiliated with the Iraqi government. Visa decisions remain with the relevant Iraqi authorities.
