This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for services purchased through eVisa Iraq.
eVisa Iraq provides online Iraq visa application assistance, including application preparation support, document review, submission guidance, visa sponsorship support where applicable, and applicant communication.
By submitting an application or completing payment, the applicant agrees to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Service Nature
eVisa Iraq provides application assistance services for Iraq eVisa-related requests.
Our service includes reviewing submitted information, checking documents, preparing the application file, providing submission support, assisting with visa sponsorship where applicable, communicating with the applicant, and following up on the application process.
Visa approval, rejection, validity, processing time, and final issuance are decided by the applicable Iraqi authority systems and procedures.
2. Processing Time
The processing time is the estimated processing period displayed to the applicant during the application process and, where applicable, in the confirmation email.
The standard estimated processing times are:
- Group A applications: up to 72 hours
- Group B applications: up to 18 days
If a different processing time is displayed to the applicant during the application process, that displayed processing time applies to the submitted application.
Processing time starts after the application is submitted, payment is completed, and all required documents and information are received.
If additional documents, corrected information, or applicant confirmation are required, the processing time can be extended until the applicant provides the required information.
3. Full Refund Eligibility
The applicant is eligible for a full refund if the Iraq eVisa is not received after the applicable processing time has passed, unless the delay or non-delivery is caused by factors outside eVisa Iraq’s control as described in this policy.
A full refund also applies if eVisa Iraq is unable to process or deliver the visa approval due to a processing failure on our side.
4. No Refund Before Processing Time Ends
A refund is not available if the applicable processing time has not yet passed.
Applicants must wait until the full applicable processing time has passed before requesting a refund.
5. No Refund for Delays Outside Our Control
A refund is not available when the delay or non-delivery is caused by factors outside eVisa Iraq’s control, including but not limited to:
- Government holidays
- Authority system delays
- Additional security checks
- Additional document requests
- Incorrect or incomplete applicant information
- Incorrect, unclear, expired, or missing documents
- Applicant failure to respond to requests for additional information
- The applicant submitting another visa application through a different platform, service provider, or official channel
- Conflicting or duplicate applications submitted outside eVisa Iraq
6. No Cancellation After Application Submission
Cancellation is not accepted after the application is submitted.
Applications are processed immediately after submission. Once the applicant submits the application and completes payment, eVisa Iraq starts the application assistance process, including review, preparation, checking, communication, sponsorship support where applicable, and submission-related work.
Because processing starts immediately, the payment is non-refundable after submission except in the full refund situations stated in this policy.
If the applicant does not want to continue, the applicant must stop before submitting the application and before completing payment.
Cancellation requests after submission will not be accepted.
7. No Refund After Visa Approval or Issuance
Once the Iraq eVisa is approved or issued, the payment is non-refundable.
No refund is available if the applicant decides not to travel, does not use the visa, changes travel plans, applies for the wrong visa type, or no longer needs the visa after approval.
8. No Partial Refunds
eVisa Iraq does not provide partial refunds after an application is submitted.
If the applicant qualifies for a refund under the full refund conditions in this policy, eVisa Iraq will issue a full refund.
If the applicant does not qualify for a full refund under this policy, the payment is non-refundable.
9. Visa Refusal or Different Visa Validity
Visa refusal, rejection, additional document requests, or visa validity different from the applicant’s expectation does not automatically qualify for a refund.
eVisa Iraq provides application assistance and support. Final decisions are made by the relevant Iraqi authorities.
eVisa Iraq does not guarantee visa approval, processing time, visa validity, or entry permission.
10. Duplicate Payments
If an applicant is charged more than once for the same application by mistake, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
The applicant must provide proof of the duplicate payment.
11. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be sent by email to:

- Full name
- Application number, if available
- Email address used in the application
- Payment confirmation or receipt
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests are reviewed according to this policy.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment gateway. After the refund is processed, additional business days can be required for the amount to appear in the applicant’s account.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Applicants should contact eVisa Iraq before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, the application service will be placed on hold while the dispute is reviewed.
14. Policy Updates
eVisa Iraq can update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
